I am suspicious of this phone number. The man phoning spoke good English with a strong accent and was convincing. He told me he was from AV (antiviral program) and that my recent payment of £149 had not gone through. He offered me a discount policy at £29 for the next year. The company are legit BUT beware the 'free' government funding claim - it is funded, but, from your adult learning grant which is means tested, they need all your income details etc and a £125 fee if you do not complete the course.
