They called again, I know it s Consumer Lifestyles as I have the number logged in my phone as "Consumer Lifestyles Scammer" As it s Christmas I thought I d have a chat with the Asian lady. Safe number Banking I contacted Barclays Help/Customer Service to confirm if this SMS text message was from them and they confirmed it was, I was sceptical, as the others were that posted their comments that this was a genuine text from them.
Just been contacted by this number,claimed to be from(cooperative energy)asking for an up to date reading of my meters.I normally supply them online at the beginning of the month(which is only 2 days away) I gave them the readings and then they asked if they were located inside or outdoors.They also asked if they were accessible to an engineer should they need to call???????? This has all the makings of a SCAM.I have notified my energy provider regarding this matter

Fraud Pretending to be from Sky technical department and that my router was giving me problems.. it was sometimes fast and sometimes slow, (aren’t they all ?) anyway, I told him I didn’t have a router, so he asked if I had a cell phone, I told him no, then the call ended.. probably trying to find someone else with a dodgy router. !
