SCAM Said calling from Sky as my broadband has been hacked by overseas hackers.
After telling me at the interview which wasn t really an interview was basically listen to the manager on what they do there he said you have the job basically went in for introduction done it come home got told I would get a call for my shifts let that night got a call and got told I was unsuccessful after being told I had the job if I liked it really? Use all need to get your stories straight I have been used cause I was told there was short staff use smoke in that building use are totally dodgy! For ever

Caller contacted me regarding my contact with BT openreach and claimed they were phoning to give me feedback on fibre broadband. He knew my name and sounded legitimate however on confirming my address the line went dead
Say they are from Connect and can offer cheaper telecoms through openreach and want to set up an appointment. Never heard of them and do not want anything to do with them.

Phoned my grandmother claiming to be 02 to upgrade her phone and then wanted her to swap to vodaphone as I came in she put it on loud speaker so I cancelled the call and blocked it so be careful as it could be a scam

Called a few times then received letters, will continue to call daily till u speak to them

A text apparently from HSBC saying a payment was attempted from a new device, if this wasn’t me, go online to hs-payee-bankingonline-supportalert.com/login/. I didn’t open the link. Not only that, it’s a company credit card and they don’t have my personal telephone number. So obviously a scam.
Rang my home today silence for 3 mins and then muttered one word not sure what... Not been able to find the company online.

SCAM Called said they were from O2 and were offering 50% discount on my bill. I thought I would go along with it (I'm not with O2) because the longer they are on the phone to me, they aren't scamming someone else. Sent me through to the supervisor who said they would send me two text messages, one to put my details in and another with the discount code. CAlled on 001463718462 @10 .03 20th March . No-one spoke but background noise sounded like a call centre. Then a male voice uttered two words "fuck off". Without the double 00 this would be an Inverness number (where I live) with a single ZERO but the double 00 makes it probably from anywhere in the world, So I'lll call it dangerous but "nasty" might be a better description.
EE customers have been recieving text messages from this number saying they have a voicemail and to listen to the voicemail they must dial 222 before it is automatically deleted.. 222 is a premium number and it will cost you to listen to the voicemail.

Automat Had a call from this number today. It was automated, and stated that a warrant has been issued for my arrest for tax evation. Had to laugh, as I don't pay tax as I am retired. For anyone who believes these calls, it can be very worrying.
