Obviously been sold my number by IQoption binary trading company. I messed him about for a while, saying I was independently wealthy, he was very persistent, I hung up eventually.

My car was involved in an accident, 100% liability on other driver & is going through Motability insurance (both cars are on the scheme). So no idea as to why Hastings Direct are calling me & how the heck they got my phone number!! So searched the number & got a lot of responses saying it s marketing, untrustworthy & not to respond! This number has called me today 08/11/2018 for 5 times between 10.56 to 12.44 UK time but because I blocked any number started the code +441, it is all rejected.

Called regarding an accident I d never been in. Told her to remove my number and was in the process of telling her this is the 2nd time she s called. She hung up mid sentence, bloody cheek!

Harassment call which wanted me to opt out if i wished it to cease.

Called just before 11AM on Wednesday. Absolutely standard automated-female "Amazon" scam, telling me that my Prime charge of seventy-something Pounds is being renewed...

Seems like a blind sales call. Nobody on the other end when I picked up. When I called back line was engaged. Call centre I should think. Now blocked.

Tried a free app called call zapper today! I m sure there s loads similar ones available too! Answer silently (you have to be somewhere quiet!) then press home button and really quickly open the app then hit the FAX button and it plays the fax tone down the line to them! Let s see if it results in my number being deleted from their database! Give it a try and post up here how you get on!! PS It s not my app or anything (!) just sharing something I hope will work! JL
