Now a woman also calls. They cannot tell you how you got on an Energy Performance Register or possibly know what insulation you have in your loft. I ve left a comment as they are now seemingly going from "National Utilities" to "Concept Industries". I ve been called by this number and others today regarding a recent tenancy change at my premises. I ve owned and lived in the property for 7 years! The girl ended up putting the phone down on me after she couldn t wriggle out of a few questions I asked. A load of nonsense. I got a text from what looked like my bank (Santander), saying a lot of money was being taken from my account. It gave this number 03333443057 to call. I called, and they answered HSBC ! I said I thought I was calling Santander, they said I work for both banks (yeah, right!). I said let me have your name and department, I ll call my bank and ask to be put through to you, at which point they promptly hung up.
