A man called me from this number and said that I had a car accident in front short and he needed my data for insurance. Since I had really short before a car accident, I asked for more detail. But he could not say how the accident expired or looked like the cars to me. He then said that he would have been not at all involved. He ll call for a friend. Why not call the friend himself, he could not tell me. I said that he is ripping off someone else and hung

A very friendly guy called me saying he was from Greenpeace after I had signed a Greenpeace petition. He sounded very informative and believable and after a friendly chat he asked me to donate a small amount to Greenpaece. I said I would, and then he started asking me for my bank details so that he could set up a monthly direct debit for me to donate £10 per month. I said I woulld not give details over the phone but he still insisted that I could. I stopped at that point & put down the phone.

Its not just AO I just received a call from a young woman claiming to be from boots appliances, in the pretence of confirming delivery details etc. In fact her sole purpose was to sell insurance cover! She repeated every detail of my delivery, which I already know, told me they can remove my old appliance, which I already know etc etc etc then asked me why my old appliance was broken! SCAM this phone number Is one of those scam artist trying to tell you that your national insurance number is about to be suspended
SCAM: Another one of these recorded messages claiming to report problems with National Insurance number. Getting harassed by several different numbers / from different locations, all with same recorded message. In some cases have had up to 7 scam calls on same day.
Trustworthy the number is, however they are simply trying to sell you more cover etc which was very annoying as I presumed there was an issue at first with my order thus why I called it back while I was very busy.
