This number is an accident claim company touting for business. They phoned and there was noone there, so returned their call and spoke to a guy in a call centre. He asked about a collision we d had in our vehicle, however we haven t had a collision in our vehicle. He said they get the numbers from insurance quote websites when someone has ticked that they have had an accident in the last 3 years.

SCAM Fortunately, I have TruCaller home phone so pushed it straight to the "waiting" queue and as they didn't leave a message or say who was calling did not route through to the actaual phone ring. I already had this number blocked on my Mobile and in Malwarebytes as it claimed to be from BT saying there was a problem with my broadband... when I mentioned that I worked for BT as a fault engineer they immediately hung up :)

Lady called stating I had a recent car accident blah. Asked her how she got my number. She stated they got it from the Road Traffic Accident Claim Department. I said I d never heard of it. Was it a Government department. Long silent pauses at the other end. Repeatedly asked her to spell the name of her company. She rang off. Surprise surprise. Funnily enough I had been speaking to my insurance company (Covea) only 30 mins before asking how these scumbags get my mobile number. They don t know!

Obvious scam, claiming to be from EE retaining department. If you google the number it comes up as a Noodle bar in London. The guy on the call couldn't stop stumbling over his words when I called him out on things and then laughed at me when I said I knew it was a scam.
Missed call. The caller left a voicemail, but unfortunately it was totally muffled/garbled, so I was not able to understand a single word of it. My being hard-of-hearing didn't help!

lots of calls from Crime Prevention company they will just not give up even trying to con a colleague into saying yes when I have already told them no!!! Had similar experience previously by a different name and they actually only ever printed 12 copies of their newspaper which we had been asked to advertise in! This is how they can seem legal. Turned out to be a PIN phone used by prisoners at HMP Styal. Female prison in Wilmslow, Cheshire.
Received a call, foreign voice said ringing about accident I d had.
