These people are liars as they wanted to help me reclaim money IF i had taken out any credit - I have never taken out any credit so they are just trying their luck and calling anyone and harrassing them. SPAM John from a company called something like 'window and doors limited' but can't quite remember, british accent. Said he was in the area doing some window and driveway installation work and wondered if there was anything he could help me with. I queried where he got my number from and he hung up. called the number back (01174433677) and it's an automated voice saying i'd been called by digital marketing solutions company for market research (not the name of the company he'd given!).
