A guy with an Indian accent and poot English spoke but I simply hung up as I have never, ever had any dealings with the RBOS in my entire life so there is no reason for them to call. This is the fourth call from a Bournemouth number beginning 01202143. The last 3 didn't leave a message. The first call was picked up and they claimed to be an ECO Green company dealing in insulation. When questioned they said their manager would call back. Of course they didn't.
