Received call today 22 Feb 2023 from a guy claiming to be Ross calling on behalf of the Bank of Scotland. Not sure if this is a scam
SCAM They will send you a message saying they’re the NHS and you’ve been in close contact with someone who has recently tested positive for omicron and should follow the link sent to get a test. Do not follow the link as it will be a scam and try and steal your information etc when you put it in.
Another scam call from "The Advisors", trying to sell premium savings on life insurance. 'Paul' tells me their website is at theadvisors.co.uk - visiting that results in a rather empty webpage from the domain owner trying to sell the domain for £800. No proper website in place! It's the second call I've got from 'Paul' at The Advisors this week, I blocked his previous number, which was 07723553123. You can spot a pattern in these numbers, they're 0772355xxxx. It is a number for Waste Managed Ltd. They used to be Cheaperwaste Ltd. Terrible waste brokers in Newcastle. One to avoid so don't let them have your bank account number, or let them start a contract for you. There is a Facebook group, Cheaperwaste Waste Managed Unhappy Customers which reports terrible things.

Call received regarding the 20 interest I paid to the HMRC for my PPI claim that I should be able to claim backquot Woop Woop the excitement I felt was a big fat ZERO as I have never made a PPI claim and if I did should the company I did the claim with not contact me to arrange the refund to me I advised the lovely lady who loved calling me Ms Amanda that I am not interested in the scam or in giving them any of my bank details and to remove me from the database immediately

SCAM call. Claims to be Amazon prime. Taking 300 now and 1200 later. I received numerous calls from this this week. 9am 10am noon 5pm. Not All different numbers but this one not found on any who called me site. I leave all calls now to go to ansaphone as am sick to death of them all. If it's not amazon it's loft insulation or domestic appliance cover . The latter also a complete and utter nuisance. If all these callers actually got themselves proper jobs the country might not be in the mess it's in.

Called March 10 2922. Domestic appliance insurance scam. Didn't wait for all the details. Typical asian voice saying insurance was running out. Normally they offer to renew at a discount if you give them your card details. NEVER give out personal details or bank details to anyone who phones you. If in doubt find the phone number you want from an independent source and phone them.

SCAM - Pretending to be Microsoft and they download Anydesk on your PC, run some commands and show you the "threats" on your PC. They then run something that shows banking details and they direct you to go to your online banking so they can assist in fixing your security with your banking. (I am in IT and an elderly customer got tricked by this).

This number is a bank Number released for people in their network cokeabda.com to pay in. The bank name is X-Network Nigeria/Qpay Company. They have blocked the employer from withdrawing and also the group Whatsapp which is suspected to be a fraudulent platform. Please help and also communicate wema bank to verify the account beneficiaries.

Sophisctated scam pretending to be from Halifax fraud team, then trying to request security code from an online transaction made by them when you receive the security message from Halifax with a 6 digit code
Call from call centre, poor call could not hear and persistent and unclear about reason for call - blocked now.
Fraud- claiming to be o2 offering discounts and Christmas promotions. Sends you a code for them to log into your o2 account. Asks for bank and card details. O2 have confirmed it's a scam.
