The individual is actually a man who tricks people on meeting for a coffee, never shows himself and only text messages while he can see the other person. Called 8 times in last 7 days, calls every month usually the first two weeks of the month, Liverpool number has been reported numerous times on various caller ID sites as harrassment scam insurance accident claims and high cost premium rate phone number if you try to call back a deliberate missed call as they only let it ring once

SCAM Fortunately, I have TruCaller home phone so pushed it straight to the "waiting" queue and as they didn't leave a message or say who was calling did not route through to the actaual phone ring. I already had this number blocked on my Mobile and in Malwarebytes as it claimed to be from BT saying there was a problem with my broadband... when I mentioned that I worked for BT as a fault engineer they immediately hung up :)

don't know anyone in Wakefield. Indian sounding woman, sounds like she's in a noisy call centre. Asked for me by name. Apologised when I said it wasn't me, but same number then called me again 15 mins later.
This is for a financial claim and I asked to be removed from there system and was apologised to and received a call from a the manager who further apologised for the call and assured me that I will not receive any further calls, he then went onto give me some advice against an issue I have currently which he really did not need to do, very polite chap and having looked up the Company details they are legit and dealing with a few areas for financial claims, this is not a scam and the guys are very polite.

Went to voicemail so only caught half the message as it was prerecorded, mentioned HMRC... Something about "registered under your name, press 1 and your call will be connected to the officer dealing with the case if you don't press on the warrant will be issued under your name and you will be arrested shortly." Really unnerving! Not like my nerves are not already in tatters dealing with the pandemic and potential job-loss.
