They are scammers - they do nothing for the money and role over the contract automatically. Do not pay them any more money and just keep telling them that their contract is invalid.

Fraud Stated they were from Virgin Media and they were cutting my internet off in 2 hours. The conversation got very sweary from my end, before hanging up.
