Recorded message claiming to be about a fraud attempt on my tax account and instructing me to go to a link by pressing one. Obvious scam! Hung up and blocked number.
I get multiple calls from these per day for the past several months. I usually don t pick up but today I did. They got my name wrong so I told them they had the wrong person. When I asked who was calling they didn t respond and insisted on asking me a few questions. I refused so they hung up before I could tell them to take my number off their data base.
SCAM - I had a missed call & voicemail from this number. The voicemail was a recorded message in a male American voice asking to call back on the number. They called again, so I answered. Information I beleive this is an Italian call centre in the UK as they called me on my italian cell phone in Italy from the UK.. When they rang I was busy on the phone. I rang back (3 times) I only got an answer machine asking to leave a message. I have no idea who they are.
