100% a Santander number. If you are ever not comfortable answering any questions then ask them to write to you. (Without telling them your address as they should already have it)

Rang 12h04GMT 07FEB20 female voice with strong indian/asian accent. Did I know that my broadband connection was sending many messages and blocking the server. When she asked me for details I asked her to tell me my name. She hung up.

I am suspicious of this phone number. The man phoning spoke good English with a strong accent and was convincing. He told me he was from AV (antiviral program) and that my recent payment of £149 had not gone through. He offered me a discount policy at £29 for the next year. These are actually two companies one called The Link and other CFS Group, we had a call from their other number 020 3606 0924 and a South African guy demanding to speak with the Director who was not in, he was angry and said he must speak with him now , when told we are currently closed he told me to shut up and stop speaking at which point I hung up. i called back using 141 and it was answered by a lady called Amy White , wh owhen is aid wrong numeb rthen tried to convicne me to talk to her ???
