I was almost caught completely with this scam. I have been having problems with my internet speeds recently so believed them. Stupidly I did some of the things they asked me to check the speeds. Got suspicious when they asked me to submit me internet details in order to get the compensation that they claim I was owed. Also my mouse pointer started moving of own accord, which gave suspicion that they had control of my computer. I have changed some passwords as a precaution but thankfully they were not succes
they have called twice today,second time i told them to stop and they laughted down the phone,these people should not be aloud to ring a private mobile number,if i wanted them to call i would have called them first.
