They keep ringing morning noon & night!!!! Its British Gas "Non urgent call" unquote. They told me to ring back on 0800 072 4150 to stop all future calls which will take up to 28 days to action!
Said that they were calling from my local bank (didn't state which back) and wanted to know if they could help me with anything. After I said there was nothing I needed, we ended the call. The call just seemed a bit odd

I have requested to them about 10 times that I am not interested, please opt me out, but they just don t give a damn about my privacy or respect my decision of not giving out the information I am not comfortable in giving! I called the number back today and it just went through to call waiting music as if on hold so I hung up immediatly. Junk call received from James said Motor Insurance Bureau passed my details to their company and was ringing to discuss accident. When I asked him to repeat his name he then hung up. Ambulance chasers.
After looking into this more, turns out this number is linked to what is known as a locksmith scam. They will over charge and drill out your lock and damage your door instead of just lockpicking it. They are not on the MLA Approved Locksmiths. Although, if you are happy of being overcharged as hell, I am a victim of this scam, but they did come out within 15 minutes, gotta give them that.
