usual pakistani,muslim sounding scammer claiming to be from solicitors. for some reason he didnt take too kindly to the barrage of verbal abuse from me and eventually took the hint after calling back 5 times in rapid succession for more of the same treatment. sometimes its just nice to be able to unload your abuse at someone who cant complain about you. :)

Repeated calls from this same company with an automatic voice message saying it is a "government awareness call" and asking me to press 5 for an information pack or 9 to opt out. Pressing 5 takes me through to someone who hangs up on me immediately when I start asking about his company or asking for my number to be removed from their database.

Very persistent gent - Jerry Edwards - who, when I insisted, gave me Microsoft Manchester s address and phone number. His number withheld. No idea who this is, and I don't live anywhere near the location they're calling from. Also couldn't find anything on them on google, I suspect this is a scam/sales call.

I have nothing to do with foreign markets, customers or suppliers, so I never answer calls from the UK (+44 prefix). They call several times a day, never leaving an email/Skype message. The number kept being "busy" when at first I tried to call back. Now I m just ignoring it.

Phoned up claiming I had asked them to quote for a new mortgage. Disconnected call when I said had not requested such thing and it was an unsolicited call.
