Young guy called my mums home number (she s in her 70 s) and said that she had over paid money in to her bank and they needed to refund it and started asking for date of birth so she hung up. Be very careful with company! Avoid speaking to them!!!!

Constantly calls, approx. 4 calls a day, until the last 3 or 4 days where it has become more, including 30 calls at least today!! Answered once and told them I am on TPS please do not call again, and was told don t care as you cannot do anything and was laughed at before he hung up! Needs to be closed down

picked up the phone and there was a man with an accent singing softly on the other end of the phone in a very creepy manner.

Had a call from this number, identified itself as Humberside Police to my call barring service but then cut off when I tried to answer. Line went dead when tried to recall. Called police, they had no record of anyone trying to ring my number nor did they recognise this 56677 number. Suspicious, also nasty if it is a scam, as I am now worried about whether or not the police are trying to contact me for genuine reasons. They called me twice. I did not answer and tried to call back but the number was unobtainable.

I don t have any policies, this is a pest call. I had a call two days ago from a woman claiming to be from the MORI poll, tried to get me to sign up to EDF and give out information on what insurance policies I have. Suspect they are linked. Another one for the blocked number list!

BEWARE...I rang this number thinking it was my local Nat West branch. I just wanted to transfer some money but this was their call centre and I was charged the princely sum of £4.43 on my phone bill for the privilege. Part of this goes to Bt and the rest to Nat West. Never again.

Oh dear I m not the only one. had £79.99 taken from my account today. I am unemployed at the moment and the promise of a £20.00 fuel voucher for answering a survey was very attractive. What can be done? has anyone managed to get their money back?

Received a call 16/10/19, and was immediately suspicious since it was from a mobile phone, and he sounded like a two-bit barrow boy or a second hand car dealer from the Essex/London border. Tried to get me into a conversation, and made a joke about my last name so I terminated the call.
