Does he/she realise that by calling from the USA to UK is going to cost them as our line is low call for UK mainland and premium for International private callers. This company called and tried to take advantage of my 77 year old mother. When I rang to complain they hung up on me and when I called back and spoke to a manager, he was and I quote "I don t care what your think" Extremely unprofessional in the way they dealt with me and my complaint

They are rude to me saying that I do not know what I am talking about, they out the phone down when I say I will report them. Santander just won t listen. A while ago Halifax was heavily fined for this type of behaviour. Keep a note of times, dates etc they phone you and report them. They are wrong when they claim to have the right to call you whenever they like to. Report them and they will all have to stop this annoying nonsense.
