Claim to be a company dealing with my accident claim - asked them what my name is and he couldn t answer. Told him politely I have never had an accident and to remove my number from their database !!

Picked up call when visiting my very elderly mother. They knew her name but little more. They asked to speak to her but would not say who they were, but said it was important. I said I would not continue if they would not identify themselves @nd they terminated call. Asian man was calling. Don?t think they targeted her because of her age. Just told her to be careful , which fortunately she is

I had these stickers on my door a few weeks ago and removed them. Now they?ve come back again and struck a similar looking sticker with the number 07932961616 which is the number of Cricklewood Locksmiths who are known for this kind of advertising and there have been news reports about them in the past.

Very pushy but convincing girl at the end of the phone - said they were calling because I had entered a competition to win a trip to New York and so was eligible for ten free lines on Euro Millions. Almost certainly a scammer. These calls use spoofed numbers and originate outside the UK. The scammers can spoof any number they want. Block the number if you have the facility.
