She introduced herself after I informed her that she had the wrong number. Seems a bit chatty. No grammatical errors in the WhatsApp messages. Not sure if spam or not. Just random.

People did someone answer this number? I had few missed calls from this one, probably some call centre robocaller testing my number? I don't answer unknown numbers and they left no message. I was trying to dig some info on the internet, don't want to call them back until I know who might be calling but no luck. Some idea who is it?
Person calling himself Matthew Taylor rang to speak to my husband allegedly regarding shares my husband has with BP Chemicals. My husband retired from BP many years ago but does hold shares with BP. On overhearing the conversation I warned my husband not to give too many details to this Matthew Taylor and he advised Mr Taylor that he was not interested in the scheme he was proposing. This number really is the fraud dept of Smile Bank / The Co-Operative Bank, but there is no way that I would reply to texts of this nature - the fact that a major retail bank is sending out texts like this from an unadvertised mobile number is disgraceful. I called my bank on their advertised Customer Services number, and they said that the text was from them. (Their hold music told me to be wary of fraud - such irony!!)
