They have called every day this week. Luke asked to confirm business owner s name and if he could speak to him. When I asked what it was regarding he said he was from Blacks Brokers and it was about a letter they had sent him. Lies. I open the mail. Told him to email and he put the phone down.

This is a debt collection company. Often long term or aging debt is sold and the purchasing collection agency makes profit by aggressively chasing that debt. They use any data they can get to bug you typically to begin with by using automated dialers and recorded style messages. They do not check the age of the data or if they do they ignore it. I read in the press that the STAR 9500 smartphone has been found to have a factory installed trojan virus. So I disabled my STAR 9500 and moved the sim card to an old phone. A few days later the old phone reported a missed call and a text message. The message was just this number. I didn t call it back.
