Some person claiming to be from o2 offering me a 40% discount on my monthly phone bill.......due to covid 19!!!! I played along for a couple of minutes & they sent text message codes which someone could genuinely assume was from o2 as they had security warnings advising not to give the code out etc but when I said I was going to run her through some security questions & asked her the 1st line of my address they hung up. This number shows as International and 01274792012... Said it was a quick survey, I asked where they got my details from and they said public source. They knew my name, address, postcode and phone number. Fairly obvious that they are identifying opportunities for onward selling. I think the only reason I have a home phone these days is for junk/spam calls. Another one for the block list.

These are actually two companies one called The Link and other CFS Group, we had a call from their other number 020 3606 0924 and a South African guy demanding to speak with the Director who was not in, he was angry and said he must speak with him now , when told we are currently closed he told me to shut up and stop speaking at which point I hung up. i called back using 141 and it was answered by a lady called Amy White , wh owhen is aid wrong numeb rthen tried to convicne me to talk to her ???

Scam call pretending to be your internet provider and then attempt to get remote access to your computer. They say your internet is about to be cut off, press 1 to speak to someone. They are low life scammers trying to either get you to buy their scam software license or steal your banking details. Beware!!!
Man with Indian accent asked for me by name, claiming to be calling in relation to DNS mail server problems. Asked if my computer has been running slowly or with issues and then asked if I was happy for him to go ahead with fixing it. I am ex-directory and TPS registered etc so asked how he got my details which he then claimed he got from my ISP. Clearly that wouldn t happen due to data protection so I asked for his company name and contact details so I could call them later. He said i could check them out

Had a text from this number saying it was Lloyds bank and i had set up a payment to a Mr Adams for basically £70 and to click on the link if it wasnt me. Would help if i banked with Lloyds. Total Scam
2 calls today and 1 yesterday from this number. When I answer, it s just a dead line. Have just bought a new car (yesterday)and my mobile is the contact number the dealer has (VERY few businesses have it), so I suspect it s related to my purchase - probably trying to sell me car insurance or extended warranty or something.
He asked if I am "my name". I said yes, and then he hanged up.
