having repeated calls from these, yes I do owe them money at the moment, but after years of paying without any problems this is the first time I have been one payment behind. Nuisance caller. When told that we are not interested and don t want them to call again the response from Nicole was "tell the decision maker to ring me to tell me that. We can t accept that instruction from anyone else". When advised that the decision maker has no intention of speaking to them, they "threaten" to call again in 2 weeks time if they haven t heard from us. They don t accept that anyone has a right not to take their call.

Missed it, called back and said "i was lucky enough to be enetered into a draw for an ipad, all they needed was 2 minutes of my time" lucky me!..... blocked it.

Every day sometimes twice a day, using different numbers. Call themselves resolution, wanting to ask me questions, told them no, makes no differnce to them.
