Seems to be used for some telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 20813338xx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with Indian call centre reporting as Traffic Management - usual PPI / road accident claims. Just block it if not interested (I use the app from these pages, no problems). Folks did they call you with the same or something new?

Foreign sounding bloke who said he was from SSE and quoted the postcode or our rental property. He said it was a courtesy call checking the details were correct, which made me very wary as SSE/SWALEC usually write if there is a query. He wanted my full name and date of birth. At that point I told him that I would never give that information over the phone and that I was going to finish my tea. I put the phone down on him. Makes me wonder where they get the information from.

Possible SCAM / SPAM - this man called saying he was the allocated shopper for my sister and that he had a box of 32 items for her. Accent difficult to understand. My sister already has someone allocated to do her shopping so checked with the council who have no record of him. It may be genuine but people need to take care.
