I had a call from "Blake Jones" who was not easy to understand as he had an Indian or similar accent, stating my name and address, and then saying that he was from BT ...

I had numerous automated phone calls from this number asking for a Sarah Harris, I have never heard of this person and they have definitely not lived here as it s a new build and I have lived here from the start. They started calling twice a day, then fizzled down to 1, stopped and started up again this evening. Tried pressing 1 when prompted and ended up with a voice mail in the back ground grrr there driving me nuts!!. I ve also never been in debt!! There must be a way off stoping these scamming idiots!!

TPS people, you Renew it every 12 months and its not for free. So dont be stuck up with the fact you registered with TPS. Renew it every year!!!!!!! Also TPS has a short survey of calls you wish to recieve! Most of all stop being ignorant!!

Like another person wrote on here, I said no to the insurance on the website, the person was friendly enough and accepted no thanks, but I didn t consent to my number being used in that way, only for delivery info (i.e. time slot) to be given. Always ask them security questions, they got the order number correct and I don t know if there is a scam where they say they ll take away the old appliance for free, and then somehow charge you or possibly sign you up for insurance even though you said no, idk. Very aggressive sales call from Vodafone (legit, the number is on their website). Keeps calling back despite me asking them not to. If you are a customer make a formal complaint, it takes 2 minutes using the form on their website. Not a nice way to treat loyal customers.
