Said I wasn't interested and to stop calling. I then added them to the auto reject list. Turns out that was a good thing because the next day they called me 7 times in three hours. Official O2 or not, it's definitely a nuisance call.

Took ages for them to answer once I d answered the call then on a very bad line asked if I was Miss (First name) (Middle name). I m not a Miss and presumably they know I might not have the same surname they have for me anymore. I m always sceptical of people using my first and middle name so hung up but it didn t sound like his English was very good.

Caller with Indian accent said she was calling from "Global Support" because they had identified that my computer was running slowly and they would fix this. She asked me to go to a website www.teamviewer.com. I said I didn t know her so would google this first, before going onto an unknown site. She hung up. A Google search shows that "Global Support" is a security company with dogs, and "TeamViewer.com" provides software that allows someone to access your computer remotely. Both Global Support and TeamS
