I've just kept one of their team talking for 12 minutes, saving others from being called by this scam! They claim to be "Road Traffic Management" and that they can get you additional compensation for a RTA you've had. They also claim to have got your details from the MIB (Motor Insurance Database), but when pushed they claim that all they were given was your phone number and the fact that your vehicle had been in an accident in the last five years that wasn't your fault. Silent call
Scam call purportedly from bank advising of fraudulent credit card transactions which they are blocking. The caller wants you to input a code which they text to you. DO NOT DO SO. If you do they will, no doubt, get access to your account. I put a block on the call number via my mobile phone provider and sent an email to the bank's security dept informing them of the scam.
Its ao call centre, they try to sell you their insurance as others have said it, if you are not interested be polite and say bye otherwise they will keep try to chat.

Phoned at 9pm.Considering we only had our phone line connected at 2pm today I was shocked at how they already have our number.
SCAM Saying they are calling from virgin media, about our slow Internet router. They will proceed to ask you to download a software on your pc and then steal any banking details and passwords. We end up having 10 of these calls a day, it's so frustrating. I end up laughing and saying some choice words or going along pretending I'm doing what they are asking. When I say I'm not with virgin media they switch and say they are an it department for all Internet providers. Do not fall for this!!!

SCAM Recorded message that Fraud is committed on your credit card. I pressed 2 to speak to them. I then purposefully tricked them by saying "Is that HSBC?".... "Yes sir", he replied, "HSBC Visa services".... "Oh good" I said, "I don't have any HSBC accounts. Now fuck off and stop stealing".
