Flagged as scam on Samsung so did not pick up. Have a business phone so would not expect personal life insurance call. Honestly, GDPR was a waste of time, penalising honest businesses but scammers and thiefs are safe? Just don't pick up a number you don't know, why would your Insurance call you? They never do.

Fraud; 18/11/2021, 0730hrs female sounding voice calls unsolicited, spoken English, with heavy Indian / Asian accent. Back ground noise, possibly a call centre / boiler room. Female voice informs me of suspicious activity on my Amazon account. I don't have an Amazon account. Call terminates when I ask for an informed opinion on whether wearing stockings or hold-ups on a first date is conducive to romance.
Fraud Called me and hung up as soon as I answered. Seems like they are checking if my number is valid for fraud purposes. Will not answer when I called back multiple times either.

Must use auto trawlers to get mobile phone numbers and hope some number they text the user has a Halifax account, probably use other Bank and Building Society names.

Fraud SCAMMERS!! Call claiming to be from Barclays premier banking investigating fraud on your account. DO NOT give them any information. It is the Barclays premier number that they’ve intercepted but it is 100% scammers. Just had this confirmed by Barclays.

This company uses Voxbone SA (now called bandwidth) services to route calls from scammers. this is just one of many telephone numbers i have had call me trying to scam me and i receive up to six per day for the past few weeks. At the beginning I politely told them that i was not interested requesting them to take my number off their call list and now its straight FO.
