SCAM. Insurance claim related scam. Claiming to be on behalf of Aviva. Rang from a similar number that I had blocked previously. Rang on Christmas Day on a special number that I have that noone knows about outside a small circle of family members (hence my answering thinking it was a Scottish family member - Glasgow number), so they must be getting number to call from EE direct as they asked for me by name. Worrying.

Call from man (no gentleman) with Indian accent who claimed to be from Microsoft Technical Department. Nuisance caller when I tried to ring them back to ask them to stop pestering us I couldn t get through to them. As I was completing this the phone rang again. I tried to explain that we didn t want calls from them. The bloke said "with all due respect mate we ve never rang you before". What a shithouse even though I told him we have been plagued by them. Unfortunately he had a scouse accent as I do myself. Surely there are better jobs to be doing than this.
