I didn t answer as I didn t recognise the number. They rang yesterday at 6.30pm and today at 10.45am, no message was left. In the unlikely event that the call was from Talk Talk, I have never dealt with that company, so they would have no legitimate reason to ring me.

This is for a financial claim and I asked to be removed from there system and was apologised to and received a call from a the manager who further apologised for the call and assured me that I will not receive any further calls, he then went onto give me some advice against an issue I have currently which he really did not need to do, very polite chap and having looked up the Company details they are legit and dealing with a few areas for financial claims, this is not a scam and the guys are very polite.

They phoned me in January, February, March, April and today 1st of May 2018 ! lol Problem been their phoning an old dead number of mine, calls are logged (recorded) and any txt messages are forwarded to my new number. lots of calls from Crime Prevention company they will just not give up even trying to con a colleague into saying yes when I have already told them no!!! Had similar experience previously by a different name and they actually only ever printed 12 copies of their newspaper which we had been asked to advertise in! This is how they can seem legal. Rang twice and hung up. I saw it was a premium number so did not answer. The best way to notice a scam call is when the caller asks for you by surname (which they cannot pronounce) probably because the forename is not mentioned in the records as they see them. Then scammers ALWAYS ask how you are, which is often when they try pulling up more details from the records.
