Scammers who claim to be from "Telephone Preference Management" and try to get your debit card details on the pretext (ironically) of blocking nuisance calls. Preying on the elderly and gullible, as usual. Nasty.

Found this missed call on my mobile, rang it back, but number invalid, now blocked it

Accident claim company - calling claiming that I had been in a car accident and that they could help me make a claim. Liars.

I send Promissory Notes or Acceptance for Value to discharge my energy i use. As SP are currently not accepting these forms of payment they sell the fictitious debt on. These people keep calling me to contact someone who has never lived at my address and have consequently never been on my phone number, no matter how many times I tell them this they refuse to take my number from their records. They are parasites feeding on the backs of peoples misfortune. SCAM ROAD TRAFFIC ACCIDENT

Called our TPS number several times but just hang when I answer.

got 2 calls in the space of half an hour from this number, claiming to be from Microsoft and that my "Windows computer" has downloaded a virus without my knowledge. Not according to my a/v software, which is active on all the windows machines at home. Usual scam, supply a credit card number which will get fleeced, but more worryingly they will ask for control of your windows computer to download that very virus they were talking about to your machine.

For last 3 years been pestered by this number. Sender/caller can t understand that there is no fax machine on the line. Even get called on Sundays and in the evenings!

I pretend I do not understand or am hard of hearing or am in a nursing home or I am a child, or a tenant, or just plain simple stupid as 2 short planks! they called 2x lately: my phone goes on the answer machine after 2 rings - they never left a massage; I shall watch out for this call - I need some fun AND no danger of getting pregnant!
