SCAM Recording of a lady with a pleasant voice told me that my phone and internet connection was to be cut off due to suspected criminal activity on my provider's service. Asked me to press button 1 to speak to someone. Didn't of course. Reported it to BT instead

Local number, said I was involved in a road traffic accident in past 2 years. I said I don't drive and he said they'll remove my number & he hung up.
I received a call from this number earlier, I asked him to remove my number from their database, he then said do you not want to know why I m calling you, I said right just get on with it, he then Sai that if I wasn t interested to hang up, he was quite aggressive and I asked to speak to his manager and was told to p*** off and he hung up, I have now blocked the number on my phone. Missed call - Unknown number. Rang but left no message. I never answer unknown numbers due to the volume of scams. Any genuine caller would leave a message. Any polite caller would leave a message. Therefore this number is from a person who is neither genuine or polite. Not someone I wish to talk to!
