This seems to be some good working money trap, similar numbers are reported as a scam offers (in most cases some financial offers). For sure some general call centre. I recommend to block the whole 84528674xx range... Did someone answer any number of this range?

SCAM, judging by the many comments left on other look-up numbers. At 08:13 a male voice said he was BT Technical Department. We are not with BT so I put the phone down. The same number rang at 08:22. I did not answer it, so after a few seconds the ringing stopped. Many other people have reported the same experience.

Calls 2 to 3 times each day at the same time, we don't answer. Don't know how they get our number as we live in Australia.
I trused calling back but it doesn't say where we have reached to and it keep me on hold. I don't want my call to be paying out. There was a blank then just before they dropped the call I heard a voice or a something then call was dropped by them.
