It is a spoofed UK number which purports to be in Birmingham, These calls originate from outside of the UK.
This number keeps calling in respect to a claim I lodged for the accident I had. I haven't had an accident and haven't claimed, thank God! Sooooo irritating!

Gave them my home telephone number (a number I rarely give out), address and EMail to allow them to check whether I was eligible.
