Im from Sweden and live here. I recently got a call from this phonenr. I asked who it was and she said her name was Martina. Its not the first time I have getting calls from UK, but when I answered the other times it was just silent, then they hang up on me. So I suspect this is a fraud. Really annoying aswell. And I dont know how they got my number, cause its not registered anywere.

Halifax Bank have never been the problem - much of the people, representing and procedures, incompetences and lack of getting things done Halifax have adopted however, including Baljit, are what give Halifax Bank a bad reputation.

Caller with a caller id of 0019202109543, Said they were from the Telephone Preference service wanting to validate some details so they can register me to prevent unwanted calls. When I asked the lady to remove me from her list and not call me again, she said she will "...Keep on calling me until I die" and then she hung up.

A man claimed he was from a company called "Speed" who rudely demand to know why I hadn t made a claim for the accident I d apparently been in. The last accident I d been involved in was a few years ago and upon hearing me start to explain this he hung up before I finished speaking. This is clearly a scam hoping to either get some personal details to allow them to commit identity fraud or to falsely extract money from me.
