constantly ringing my daughters mobile, she answered one morning call and advised she is in the hospital, they rang every 20 minutes after that call until i got there at 5.30. i answer the phone and the woman kept telling me to stop talking when i was telling her the situation. once i told her i would take it further she hung up. 20 minutes later they rang again! absolute nuisance

a home insurance company calling about a quotation I did online the night before.

Obvious call centre noise background noise as soon as I answered, with a delay before anyone responded. The caller had an extremely strong Asian/Indian accent and told me his name was Paul Simon (yeah, right!) calling from Norfolk County Council about a recent accident I d had. I have been called several times yesterday back to back from firstly a London number twice, then twice from private number and this one today. They all start by saying am I ****** when I ask who they are they mumble something then ask me if I own or rent my property. The person who called today was female and I could actually understand what she said, except for the initial mumble. The first two London calls where listed as suspected spam, however, some of calls in this category have been bona fide.
