SCAM, I didn't let them continue far before hanging up on them, asking me about my interest in the stock market. Wouldn't believe that I hadn't registered with them, wouldn't give me their company name or details when I asked who had called me. Persisted even after I told them to remove my details.

SPAM i think this is a telephone call automated voice telling you there is something wrong with your Sky Broadband. This is the second time today (by half one pm) i’ve had this,plus one yesterday morning. We were targeted by the same people, from a different number last year, which i reported to Sky along with a load of other people. That was a call centre from Asia and the were about 10 daily. As this is automated - in fact the last was just silent- i haven’t yet reported it, but i will if they continue.

Found out it s a timeshare cold call based in Tenerife. What they actually do is speak as if they are talking to someone else saying I can t hear anyone on the other end of the line, eventually put the phone down and wait for the person to call them back, obviously at their own cost. So be warned and beware.

Currently in Thailand this number is pestering us and spoiling our holiday calling up to six times per day including silly hours such as 3 am We have no business with British Gas, never had anything to do with them. It must be a scam

SCAM/SPAM. I was called on the 26/08/20 by this number. The caller said they were from SKY (my TV, telephone and broadband provider). He informed me that he was ringing to test my modem and improve its performance. He asked me to type a few commands which included the word “SKY”. He then asked me to permit remote access. SCAM Call on my mobile. Said I had ordered from Amazon and £400 would be charged on my registered credit card. I don't have an Amazon account so they don't have my number. As I was having lunch I hung up.
SCAM. Called just before midday today (25/03/22). A male, southern English, recorded(?) voice on a line that seemed to be breaking up assured me that I was entitled to a free medical alert pendant. Scam! Have nothing to do with anyone calling from this number!
Fraud Received a message from this number stating it’s from Vodaphone and that ‘we are unable to process your latest payment. In order to avoid fees please update your information via...’ then it gave a link to an https address (looked like Vodaphone but too much else to be valid, I think). I haven’t progressed this, I don’t have anything outstanding with Vodaphone, but just be aware. I will be forwarding this to Vodaphone’s phishing area.
