SCAM identified themselves as north star insurance claim that my elderly client has an insurance policy with them, which he had according to person on phone but was still die a final payment of £400. Not true I spoke to her son who looks after her money etc. I did an internet search of the name the gave but nothing came up. My client was very upset. Wednesday, 31 December 2014 09:01 hours. Telephone call from 01706830603. It seems they are nasty bailiff firm called Rossedales. No debts here. No message left. Rang them back, an answer message claimed that their offices were shut. Plenty of warnings about this firm.
I was very sick and I had my phone in do not disturb. I checked it later on in the evening and I had 11 missed calls from them!!!! No message left. I called back and i was diverted to answer phone. I wouldn t answer this call. It s very unprofessional to call that many times! If you call once leave a damn message and let the person get back to you!

I believe this number is being used by scam callers. I received a text inviting me to call back, purporting to be from HSBC about a potential fraudulent payment. I would suggest that any recipient ignores any calls or texts from this number. Since it is a premium number any return calls will be outside normal free call packages. HSBC always use free call numbers if they request someone to call back.
