This seems to be some good working money trap, similar numbers are reported as robocalls, fake wins, scam offers (in most cases some financial offers). For sure some general call centre. This number calls me from what appears to be a local line and knew me by name. The guy on the phone told me they'd been informed of "a recent car accident i had..." and that's where I cut him off. Told him I have had no such thing, he was pushing spam calls and to remove me from the system, I also told him I am registered with the telephone preference service and he should not be contacting me. I then hung up. He called straight back and when I answered ready to give him more of an earful he hung
