Claimed to be calling from BT about my internet - even though BT is not my internet provider, she claimed BT provided the infrastructure (but did not mention openreach). Claimed my computer was creating security alerts every time I logged on but she cut the call as soon as I asked what my IP address was. Clearly fraudulent

Recorded message from "Daniel at Amazon" about unusual activity on my account. I don't have an Amazon account.
Caller calls again and asks for people who do not live here and never have lived.
Woman claims to be calling from E for Energy and says they are working for Zanussi Electrical. This seems to be untrue. The woman is trying to sell me a new boiler through a government scheme. The woman has rung me repeatedly 8 times today. Do not trust this company and report them to Zanussi.
Woman phoned me and put me straight through to colleague after saying hello not even telling me who they was. Then the new guy answered and said I had come through to him as I was looking for compensation. he then proceeded to tell me I had rejected a payout offer from my recent car accident and he was part of the team to make sure I get compensation, I fell straight into the trap and gave him a fair few details he then sent an email asking for an E signature. Fraud , indian female , claiming she was from virgin media, asking if i was aware my broadband would be cut off in a couple of hours as there had been a lot of illegal activity from my account. she hung up after i pushed her to give me information about my account. i am not sure whether it was passwords or payments she was after but she got nada from me and hung up.

Just another SPAM call. Hangs up when it gets an answer machine. Really would like to identify these folk - and do something really painful to them.
The PEST is: Domestic & General :( They are a cold-calling pest phishing for new Loft Insulation contracts. I have automated calls on a daily basis for 2 months now - 3 rings and they hang up - never leaving a message. I wish the government would provide the regulators with some teeth to prosecute all these highly persistent phone pests making MULTIPLE nuisance calls. I changed my number relatively recently to avoid this, and I m ex-directory and I ve "opted out" so they should check before they call.
The lady, with an Indian accent, said she was phoning regarding driveways. I told her she should not cold call me as I am registered with TPS and she told me to contact the TPS and tell them.
