Scam caller claiming to be from Virgin. The call was made by an official sounding call centre (the woman sounded Indian). She claimed that there has been suspicious activity from unknown IP addresses using my account and that it was being used for criminal activity and that she needed to help me protect my firewalls etc. I immediately became suspicious as I'd heard of such calls being made and told her that I'd call Virgin directly to resolve any issues. Text Claimed to be from DPD and asked me to follow a link to provide extra contact details for 'delivery' of a parcel which I wasn't expecting. Suspect a scam. I did not reply.

SCAM They ask you to tell them the OTP - one time password code that they request to be sent to your phone. If you tell them the code they can order anything from Amazon Prime and use any save payment details associated with your account. DO NOT TELL THEM THE SIX DIGIT CODE!!!

Claiming to be HMRC and that i would be getting in trouble. I then hung up but i assume they would be asking me for personal details and bank account to pay some sort of fine. SCAM!!!!

When teh caller was challenged it was responded to by a possible African accented woman stating "I am your mother bitch!". The caller attempted to call again some minutes later. The call was not answered.

Looks like another Scam or Fraud as I'm not due any delivery's and the Post Office leave a card through your door when they can't get an answer, also I was in the whole day, I have reported the text message and number to the Ofcom scam text number: 7726 must be the 7th number I've reported now since I found the number to report scams to. Tclaimed to be paypal, all seemed fine untill he asked too many personal questions and then asked for the 3 digits from the back of my card, at which point the alarm bells went off. I cancelled the call

Recorded message "bank alert" from bank "technical department" Usual same male voice used regularly for these scams from various numbers. Total pain and regarded as harrassment,. Thery obviously think folk are stupid enough to respond by pressing button 2 - which only atkes you to a premium rate line from which the scammers make money. Five star bad.

Had a missed call from them yesterday 19 May 2023, and tracked it to Russia Today 20 May got a message from them, pretending to be police and telling me to report to Preston Police Station regarding an incident on Sunday (tomorrow) Fraud SCAM

Claiming to be Sky TV trying to get me to upgrade to a new feature which Ive never heard of before Seems suspicious

Apparently I am being prosecuted for tax evasion and as I did not press option 1, I will be going to jail. Recorded message.

Automated call SCAM - reporting fraudulent activity on a card -does not say which card, or bank. Computer voice not a person.
