These number called me but I am profoundly deaf I want them stop call me again

I no it's an Halifax number. They have rung me a few times. Has I don't recognise the number I have not answered it.

Just had a very unpleasent talk with a man who called from this number claiming he represents Warbrook & Co . He was very rude, he wanted to talk to my husband who was not at home and then he said it is about some money investment and it is urgent. He didn t sound credible and I would never have any bussiness with him.

IDK who is calling from this number. I don't know anyone from this area.

These people obtain, STEAL, your tel. number from your ip address via metadata. Ever come accross annoying adverts when browsing online which doesn t let you close? ie. Engadget, youtube etc... Mine was a survey which popped up whilst online and I had to wait 20secs inorder to dismiss that advert. Enduring the agonising 20 secs. This number rang this morning and although I said we are not interested they continued to talk over me - very rude - I have now blocked this number. I am seriously thinking about getting rid of my landline as I have up to 5 calls every day from this sort of caller.

She rang to say we filled out a survey at the good food show and that we have won a holiday to florida, the only thing was that we had to pay for flights. Then we were told we had to pick up the prize in Birmingham? She gave no details as to how we were going to receive the prize, but was insistent that we go this Wednesday, but we said no, then she said the weekend then? We said we were not interested, then hung up. I thought timeshare fraud had died out?

I have been called several times yesterday back to back from firstly a London number twice, then twice from private number and this one today. They all start by saying am I ****** when I ask who they are they mumble something then ask me if I own or rent my property. The person who called today was female and I could actually understand what she said, except for the initial mumble. The first two London calls where listed as suspected spam, however, some of calls in this category have been bona fide.

I received a call which I answered and was hung up on immediately. I called back straight away and was told the number was not recognised.

Missed a call, called back & an answering machine started saying something about recording my voice...immediately ended the call!!

Definitely a call from a scammer. These calls use spoofed numbers, originate outside the UK and are untraceable. DO NOT GIVE ANY INFORMATION to a caller. NEVER RETURN A CALL ...
