Online search says it should be Nat West fraud department, but also that it could be scammers spoofing the number.

Suspect telesales via this no, no voicemail left and tried ringing multiple times. sugest avoid answering.

if like me you you replied to one of their surveys about how the service was and you scored them 1 out of 10 only because in Bangladesh high street they managed to pick the phone up so go one thing right so when they do call back they are going to have to tell me why i should stay a loyal customer or maybe speak to another telephone/broadband supplier.

As usual at tea time and I guess they could tell from my tone that talking would be waste of time, so it ends up a silent call.

Get connected ringing constantly. Dont listen to requests.

Obtained my details inc address following a small car accident. Gave me some story about the other guy putting in a claim for whiplash and said I could also claim. I told them ( after a fair few discussions) that I simply had no claim to make whatsoever. When I was put through to a "Senior Claims Manager" I told him the same. Silent call

Some Indian bloke called saying i was owed 4 thousand pounds in PPI, then a minute later he said it was 2 thousand pounds. I asked why had the amount had dropped down, to which he claimed he never said 4 thousand. The clearly tell so many lies and talk so much rubbish, they can never remember what they do say. He wanted details and when I didn t comply, he got verbally abusive. It all adds up to a complete and total farce.
