This guy is a scammer. You pay a ‘deposit’ then he hits you with the ‘delivery fee’ that’s was never mentioned. He’s not even in your local area.

I haven’t answered this call yet as I tend to not answer calls where I don’t recognise the number - I figure if it’s important they’ll leave a voicemail. I was getting consistent calls from another number in the same area as this one which I blocked yesterday, and now today I’ve already had two calls from this number in the same area. Only annoying as I text the number to say i would phone number back i did i did not leave a voice message and there have not got back to me. And on this site the number does say s UK number but just not the real location of the number.
