called my work phone and ask foe the person 'court office' usual Indian scam, he got arsey when I quizzed him what scam it was and could he logically think someone was called 'court office' block and report.
This company uses Voxbone SA (now called bandwidth) services to route calls from scammers. this is just one of many telephone numbers i have had call me trying to scam me and i receive up to six per day for the past few weeks. At the beginning I politely told them that i was not interested requesting them to take my number off their call list and now its straight FO. Sorry for generalising it but it usually an Asian woman or man.
It’s a scam! Told me they had noticed an unusual amount for £1100.00 had been taken from my account. Said they wanted to verify that I had spent it, which I hadn’t but they wanted me to confirm account details.I asked who them to repeat who they were and they said from visa. I then knew it was a scam as I don’t have a visa account.

Five different agents contacted from the same number in a week, despite our requests for them to remove our number.
Called asking for someone by name, who doesn't live at this address any more. I asked, who's calling please? They repeated the name. Caller said name was PERRY HUTHES asked numerous personal questions managed to get my mum and dad's ages and details about house security before my mum managed to get the phone off Dad. suggested working with Warwickshire police - vague enough to not be an outright lie wanted to get someone into the house for a sales visit. hard sell rather than scammer I think, but still very annoying and careful probing for personal details set the alarm bells ringing.

I don’t know who they are but I will find them I have a very unique set of skills I will kill you. They are saying that they want to send free lottery tickets. Scam. They are a debt recovery agency trying to track down people with bad debt. I don’t do debt I owe no one anything how the hell they got my number is a mystery. Any I think they are a fraud. The number is now blocked. I thought there was a law against this sort of phone scam.

Just used Google enhanced search & it’s from China, telling me that they were my bank and that they’d stopped 2 payments from Amazon & an international company and I was to press my phone to acknowledge it. Obviously I didn’t! Checked directly with bank.

Call from ‘Michael’ of PrimeInvest wanting to refund £11000 of my £250 deposit, but first I need to download anydesk, a popular tool for fraudsters to use to get control of your computer. In their facebook ads PrimeInv.co purport to offer AI trading. Their “registered address” is the Google offices in Zurich. They’ll take your money but don’t expect to see any back.
