I have had 2 of these calls left on my answer machine saying to phone this number as soon as I can very threatening they don t say your name just that you have a CCJ AGAINST YOU

Called saying from postcode lottery. Knew my name but then hung up. Sounded like she was dealing with lots of calls at the same time and had to cut one or more off.

Called telling me they were investigating an accident I had been in as I ve not had an accident I enquired about it they got very aggressive and slammed the phone down .So now blocked

I answered today and said the same thing - so checked what information they had on my address etc, and have the correct address, have asked for the information, and will check it out when I receive it. I asked where they had obtained my information from and he said from an online form I had completed, and as I have recently, this would seem feasible, as the databases are available to purchase in the telemarketing world. The BeWise insurance company ignore tick boxes stating NO contact - they will contact you regardless. When you tell them to remove your details from their database, they still call the next year. The Ombudsman needs to investigate this company.
