Obtained my details inc address following a small car accident. Gave me some story about the other guy putting in a claim for whiplash and said I could also claim. I told them ( after a fair few discussions) that I simply had no claim to make whatsoever. When I was put through to a "Senior Claims Manager" I told him the same. Lady called Victoria called trying to get me to pay £150 for 3yrs satellite cover. Haven t got satellite dish. Didn t know that I was a virgin customer and when I said I d contact virgin and ask them she ended the call. Dodgy company - should be sent to the darkest corner of hell!!

this company have phoned four times today and by the sounds of it are nothing but nuisance. how about blowing a whistle down the phone when they call this should stop them
