I missed this call, rang back and it was apparently an invalid number.

I had a call from an immigrant this morning saying that they were from Microsoft, and that there was a big problem with my computer which they needed to fix. At this point I told them that they were too late, as someone from their number had already called me about the problem yesterday and fixed it for me. Called claiming to be from building society about my mortgage, very rude when explained I'm not interested

Calling to confirm the delivery but tried to get into Domestic and General insurance cover without outright stating first off to ask if Insurance is required. Very polite and confirmed that I would NOT be signed up to an insurance plan. All the delivery bits were explained well, they re just doing a job, they should improve the initial wording a bit, probably why so many people are getting irate.

Rang claiming to be from BT . I asked if they could ring on my BT land line and they hung up ..never rang land line ..
