The caller stating saying about the RSPCA so I listened to what he was saying and as he went on realised he was going to ask for money, ?10 a month thats all, I said no thanks, then he went on about cruelty to animals and said what about ?1 a week, I still said no thanks, had to hang up in the end

This is a scam regarding Amazon Prime automatic renewal. An automated message saying my Prime is on autorenew for £79.99 and if I want to cancel to press 1. Have had same mess...

They called advising I had not had my free pension yet. I asked where they got my name and telephone number from, she said a data base. The phone is not registered in my name and I only give a phone number to my insurance companies etc.

Accident Insurance scam. Somehow they are able to have a 'local' number displayed on caller ID. Ask them for their address and correct phone number as you wish to repo...

got 2 calls in the space of half an hour from this number, claiming to be from Microsoft and that my "Windows computer" has downloaded a virus without my knowledge. Not according to my a/v software, which is active on all the windows machines at home. Usual scam, supply a credit card number which will get fleeced, but more worryingly they will ask for control of your windows computer to download that very virus they were talking about to your machine.

Said he was calling from the city and wanted to make sure I was covered when the recession hits. I am surprised I allowed him to divulge this bunch of cow droppings as I usually hang up before the end of the sentence :-)

Roofing solutions, used 07471216996, said his name was Mason, offering inspections, claiming a recent increase in problems due to storms. He asked a few questions on eligibility. A short while later, was called by Rebecca on 07393465578, telling me I was eligible. I said I did not want their services. When asked why I did not tell Mason that, I said he did not ask. I have BT call guardian, but these came through as announced calls with the above names.

These people call and call. My partner answered one of the 4 times they called in the space of 10 minutes, asked what the guy wanted and the response was what youuuuu want Very strange. And annoying. They call sometimes at 8.30pm whilst I m trying to settle my baby.
